The course provides understanding and skills to students to be able to identify, and

evaluate technology-based business opportunities in accordance with the student’s field of

expertise, as well as develop these business opportunities. This course combines an

an integrated introduction to theory and hands-on experience in developing ideas and

business opportunities. Finally, students are expected to be able to pour business

opportunities into effective businesses. The main topics in this course include business

concepts and entrepreneurial mindset and self-evaluation, creativity and identification of

business opportunities, business models, analysis and evaluation of business

opportunities, market analysis and planning, cost analysis and product pricing, team

building and human resource planning, financial planning, capital, and business plan

development.
